Quoting my post regarding Vortex in a past thread: I can't speak on behalf of MO2. I use Vortex and there's a little bit of a learning curve with it but uninstalling any mod is a ballache. It leaves esp files and any texture file from uninstalled mods. Unless you know where and what files are safe to delete, hold off on Vortex for now. They do not intend to include official support for manually sorting the load order. It does not mean that someone couldn't craft a plugin for Vortex, which allows free storing. Official releases just will not be including or directly supporting the feature. I am personally sticking with Mod Organizer 2. In order to pick the version of the mod that you want, click on the “Files” tab on the mod page to show the various main files: Once you have decided on the version you want, click the “Mod Manager Download” button on that file. downloading directly from nexus mod to nexus mod manager please let me know. We're not expecting everyone to immediately jump ship to Vortex, but we feel it is choose up to 12 games that will be displayed as favourites in this menu.
